Fiano di Avellino 70%, Greco di Tufo 30%. 20 year old vines, in calcerous soils. Stainless steel ferment, aged in French barriques 6 months. 1,000 cases made.
Bèchar 2006 (Fiano di Avellino) Ripe apple fruit to start, then tropical, full and rich with well-balanced acidity. Devon 2006 (Greco di Tufo) Lots of minerality mixed with sweet lime and stone fruit. Very clear andar.
