Made from 100% Nero di Troia grapes. The vineyard is at 400 metres altitude and in on calcareous/clay soils. Fermentation is in stainless steel, followed by further ageing in stainless steel. This ruby red wine with hints of garnet has an intense bouquet fragranced with raspberries, blackberries and blackcurrants. A full tasting wine with a light herbaceous flavour

Sine Nome Salice Salentino Riserva

90% Negroamaro and 10% Malvasia nera. Grown on loose clay soils and fermented in stainless steel and 500Ltr oak barrels followed by further ageing in stainless steel. Initially very tight, then opens with rich dark cherry and mulberry fruit. Full bodied wine with a sweet/nutty bitter finish
