Pithos Bianco
100% organic Grecanico worked the same way as the red wine, fully fermented in Terracotta
Frappato
Cerasuolo di Vittoria 2 bicchieri rossi Gambero Rosso 2007 A blend of Nero d'Avola and Frappato. The wine shows a brilliant ruby red colour. The nose denotes intense, clean aromas of freshly crushed black cherry, blackberry and a touch of vanilla. Intense midpalate with hints of mediterranean herbs and clean fruit. The finish is persistent with flavours of black cherry and plums. The Nero d'Avola grape used for the production of this Cerasuolo di Vittoria ages in cask, whereas Frappato ages in steel tanks Pithos 100% fermented in Terracotta Amphora, the wine is bright ruby in colour. Very clear intense, clean aromas of freshly crushed cherry & redcurrant fruit, exotic spice and Mediterranean herbs. The finish is elegant & persistent.
