Stefani Estate (Yarra Valley and Heathcote, Victoria)

Stefano Stefani is originally from Tuscany, emigrating to Australia in the mid 1980s. Since 1997, he has purchased 2 properties in the Yarra Valley and one in Heathcote. The Yarra Valley vineyards have been planted with Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet and Shiraz. The Heathcote Vineyard is at the start of the Mt Camel ranges on the famed Cambrian soils of the region. Here he is growing Cabernet and Shiraz. His vineyard at Heathcote neighbours good friend Mario Marsons’ Vineyard, who is also making the Stefani Estate Wines.
