Terms of Payment:
For all purchases and services the due date for payment is the earlier of the 14th day of the month following the month of purchase or whenever the goods are on-sold.
All payments are by cheque to Comida Pty Ltd., and is deemed made only when cheque is cleared.
Payment by cash, electronic transfer & credit card by prior arrangement.
Delivery:
There is no charge for delivery within the Sydney Metropolitan Area for a 24 bottle minimum order. Orders must be placed by 1 pm for delivery the following business day.
Charges for orders under 24 bottles:
For 6 bottles, $6
For 12 bottles, $4
For 18 bottles, $2
For deliveries outside Sydney Metropolitan area, delivery charges are:
$5 for a delivery of 12 or less bottles
$2.50 for each subsequent case per order
All credit claims must be lodged in the first 24 hours after delivery, by fax or e-mail .
Ownership & risk:
Property of the Goods does not pass until the purchaser, or their agent has paid the purchase price in full, or the goods are sold, supplied and /or delivered to a sub purchaser.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without Notice.
All prices are quoted "wholesale" exclude WET & GST and are the rate per case, stated as 6 or 12 bottles.
All prices quoted "LUC" include WET but not GST.
Overdue Accounts:
If the Customer fails to make payment on the Due Date, Comida Pty Ltd., may in addition to any other Action,
1. Charge Interest at 2% per month from the Due Date to the date of payment
2 . Suspend all further delivery
General:
Irrespective of any Terms and conditions in the customers order form,or irrespective of the customer not reading the Terms & Conditions, acceptance (by retaining the goods or any other Method) of the goods ordered by the customer will be conclusive acceptance of the TERMS & CONDITIONS of Sale contained herein.
